My experience-Poor sleep and not going away

Hi all, looking for advice/remedies since I rarely ever get migraines.

Last week, I had a bad sleep and woke up with a small headache. This lasted for another two days which turned into a brutal migraine. My sleeps have been poor (last night was better) and am trying to practice good sleep hygiene but the pain isn't getting better.

The pain is mainly in the front and doesn't go away with Tylenol. Have light sensitivity and am struggling to do my typical daily routine.

Is this worth going to the doctor's? Don't know what they would even do. Any suggestions to get rid of it?

Thanks!
