My experience-Ideas for acute meds that *generally* don’t need prior auth?
Good news, I’m working on switching to Qulipta from Emgality! While that’s going through the whole PA process (I assume for the next month) I desperately need a new rescue med that would most likely not need a PA because I really don’t want to complicate things by having two going at once. Triptans are not an option and Reyvow has stopped working/ is giving me unpleasant side effects which is why I’m asking. I tried tons of prescriptions “back in the day” that didn’t work great, but willing to give them another shot since CGRP meds give me such an improved baseline. Thanks for any ideas!
