I started Nortriptyline in early Feb, but by March it reduced my migraine and aura down quite a bit. Over the past week or so, I've noticed more migraine and aura so it seems like it's stopped being as effective.

Has anyone experienced this?

I have my followup with my neurologist next Wednesday, so maybe they'll try to up the dosage.
