Interesting experience. 31 shots in forehead, temples, occipital region (those hurt the worst for me), neck, and shoulders. It definitely triggered an all over achey headache, and some migraine pain. Next time I might bring my own ice pack to use after. I’m really hopeful this will work.

I’ve tried emgality, Aimovig, topamax, nurtec, probably others I’m forgetting. Triptans help for short periods, ubrelvy seems to help as well. Taking magnesium glycinate, coQ10, and ginger capsules daily have reduced the frequency of my migraines. I have gone months with the same migraine in the past, this is such an improvement. I was shocked when my doctors told me to take ginger, but it’s been studied!

Hoping for even more pain free days from botox. 🤞🏻
