Migraine overview

I like to work out and used to take magnesium that sometimes prevented my migraines under certain circumstances that I still don’t completely understand. After reading a few posts I figured I might be missing electrolytes, magnesium and potassium. I usually took the magnesium before the workout but I wanted to ask if you think this is right.
