My experience-Do you have any other neurological symptoms?

I have neck and back pain, pins and needles, lhermettes sign, weakness, numbness, trouble with balance and walking, and brain fog, to name a few. My doctor has said it could all be related, or could all be unrelated. I’m switching to a new neuro and am on my journey of figuring out if I have MS or hemiplegic migraines. In the past I’ve been diagnosed with Lyme Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis, both of which could be to blame for migraines. These symptoms could also be from lesion scarring. Wanted to know if anyone else had similar symptoms, and what your story is?
