My experience-1st Neuro appt?

I'll be seeing a Neurologist in a couple of weeks, and I always like to have all my ducks in a row. I have a spreadsheet of everything that has brought me to this point, and I know to take all my meds with me. What should I expect? Will they send me for an MRI or other imaging right off the bat? I want to double check with my insurance beforehand on where to go for those, as it's at least an hour's drive. Other than suspected migraines, I also have recurring vertigo. Thanks for any insight you can give.
