My experience-Work and dealing with chronic migraines

Has anyone had to deal with migraines and it significantly impacting your job ? So basically this past year I have had a significant increase in migraines and have had to reduce from full time position to part Time , I also recently tried to go back to full time again but am going to go back to part time . I guess my question is how do you come to terms with dealing with such a debilitating condition? It’s hard not to feel like I’m failing if I can’t perform my best . However , understand I might need to actually work less for my overall health to be able to perform better . Idk guess I’m just feeling resentful at my body and guilty I can’t work like I used to .I need to see my therapist:(
