My experience-I am worried about this.

I (20ftm) started abilify 2 or 3 days ago now, and just from 1 dose, I suddenly gained a migraine that hasn't gone away since. I don't know whether to call it a silent migraine or not, but I get a very off sensation in my head that I can't describe as anything but super uncomfortable. Following that I feel lightheaded and nauseas and it feels like my heart is racing. It in general makes me feel very off and unwell. I've read on Google it just is a precursor to a migraine attack but I'm still worried about it. The pain is sending me into derealization episodes because it's just so uncomfortable and so much. If there's any other abilify users out there or just anyone with a similar experience that'd be great because nobody knows what I'm talking about
