I know Pristiq and Effexor are supposed to be just alike but I have liver disease and Effexor puts much more work on the liver than Pristiq. Despite the fact that they are supposed to be the same I can't find anyone saying Pristiq is better than any other SNRI for migraine. Effexor is unusually good for migraine.
