My experience-2 week long headache with no real relief. Has anyone had something similar.

For the last 2 weeks I’ve been having a headache from morning until night. It started with my jaw hurting and then the right side of my head. On the top of my head there is a stabbing pain occasionally as well at the base of my head. Sometime there’s pressure/pain almost in a vertical line going from top to bottom of my head and sometimes the whole right side throbs. Sometimes it’ll go across my head to the left side but not as often. I’ve also now developed a burning sensation that I can feel on my neck, scalp and upper face. Sometimes I have pain in my forehead and pain at the back of my head. Also, there is a constant thumping in the back of my head. Not painful but like my pulse. My neurologist said it was probably due to the headache but it’s been going on longer than this.

I had a CT done and it was clear. Now I have an MRI scheduled for next week. I’ve tried a dose pack and it hasn’t helped. I do have a lot of tension in my shoulders and I don’t sleep in the best position but I’ve tried to correct that. Anyone have a similar experience?
