Hello!

My gyn wants me off of estrogen based bc because of my migraines. She thinks the Kyleena IUD would be best, but also said the Nexplanon arm implant would be good. The depo shot is also an option. I just want to know what y'all have and what your periods are like. Ideally I want a regular, light period. No period would be a dream. Spotting and not knowing when my period is going to come gives me major anxiety.
