My experience-Aura with no migraine?

I began suffering from migraines when I was 11-12 and most of them began with aura (I would lose peripheral vision on one side). Now that I’m older I still suffer from migraines frequently but notice the aura before them is very occasional now.

However, within the past few months I’ve experienced getting an aura (mainly lines/zigzags) and then once its over and I’m expecting the pain in my head to creep in,… it doesn’t. It worries me slightly having the visual disturbance with no actual feeling of a migraine after. Curious if anyone else has experienced something similar or just some better knowledge.
