it 8 pm here and i just jad breakfast , had migraine since 8 am and couldnt stand get my medication from table me till 16h , and once taken i feel im about to vomit. now that i woke up , my place is so dark and i cant stand any lights. took a look on the street to see if i can go for a small walk and all lights outside are so stronge that i feel im about to go blind.

please kind people can you recommand me some lamps or devices i can use when my house is dark that wont torture me or make me feel like someone is stabbing my eyes ?
