My experience-would shaving my hair off help?

I'm normally rational but am having one right now and can't think straight. I've taken 2 fioricet, tried both heat and ice, massaged my neck, and the only tiniest bit of help I'm getting is pulling on my hair at the roots or vigorously rubbing/scratching my scalp.

Has anyone here ever just shaved their head and had it help? Seems like it would, but I honestly can't think rn. Also, the fucking TOP of my head feels like it's gonna blow off. I DID get up from the toilet too fast last week, lost my balance, fell sideways into the bathtub. Have a slight cut at the edge of my eyebrow that's healing, but the bone around my temple/eye is still sore to touch. It didn't even really hurt at the time, and this is the first h/a I've had since, so I don't think it's related. Advice welcome
