My experience-Which Theraspecs to buy for driving?

New driver here. I've already noticed that both sunlight and light from other cars trigger me, but the cheap sunglasses I have make my vision worse (I'm near-sighted and wear contact lenses, my cheap sunglasses are probably plastic). I'm looking into Theraspecs, and I see that they have a night driving option. Should I also buy something darker for day driving? Which version do you use for driving on a sunny day, indoor our outdoor? Or is it better to buy some Ray Bans?

It's a bummer I can't try them on somewhere offline:(
