My experience-Spectrum of migraines?

I’ve posted on here a few times and the support really helps with the anxiety of having more migraines. I’m pretty young and have had less than 10 migraines in my life but it seems they are building in frequency (albeit very slowly). First they were once a year, now about once a month and infrequent. I had my first one while working last week and it obviously is incredibly disheartening to start to have them when it’s just not possible to miss work. After seeing how some people have multiple a week or even daily, my question is: Is it possible to only have them once a month, meaning I really don’t want them to start becoming even more frequent? I feel for you people that get them daily. My anxiety is peaking with the thought of my life essentially being on pause due to this debilitating issue. I’m prescribed triptans and that helps with aborting (but still with my aura and first couple hours of pain, I just can’t function).

Edit: I know it’s possible, just fishing for reassurance.
