Weather in the Mid-Atlantic has been chaos this February, so I downloaded the app to learn more about my pressure triggers. I might get the earplugs but if what I'm seeing is correct I'd never take them out. Is this kind of pressure instability normal? I know I can't be alone in my suffering this month. I've incrementally moved the dial for notifications to .3 because every 4-6 hours it's a .2+ jump in pressure. Just curious how you guys use the app to work for you.
