My migraines retracted recently and the only changes I've made is to start taking kachava shakes and collagen . Very interesting . Recently I have this weird twitch in my left jaw and some weird sharp pain like in am about to get a migraine. Thankfully they dissipate quickly . Not sure what's going on. Still taking ajovy monthly but it's been almost three weeks without triptans and that's new. Just sharing some observations . Hoping it lasts. Curious if anyone has had jaw and migraine pain.
