My experience-How many days of postdrome do you typically experience?
I usually have a minimum two postdrome days following the day my aura & headache started, where I have to stay in bed, I have complete brainfog (struggle computing things, start a train of thought and am unable to continue it pretty quickly etc.), struggle to read, am in pain, am super sensitive to light and especially sounds. I’m never 100% on the third day after a migraine, but I usually go to work and try to cope and get through it. I once had a week long postdrome, but thankfully haven’t experienced that again. Always worried I will though!
