My experience-Has anyone similar migraine experiences?



Hello

I am male and I suffer occasional migraine which has especially this kind of a visual impairment which usually goes away in an hour when I go to a dark place and lay down. I also sometimes have some headache but that is not anything too painful.

I haven't had this migraines for long time but now in three months I have had it three times and it is mostly the visual impairment which comes and goes very suddenly. I would like to know if this is typical and if anyone has some similar experiences.

I browsed the subreddit and I notcied that many of you have things way worse than I regarding migraines and you have my symphaties! I hope that my minor migraines aren't in that light too insignificant to be discussed here.
