My experience-Evolving Migraines?

Has anyone experienced changes to their migraine symptoms?

I first started my migraines at 13. Sensitivity to light, horrible pain on the left side of my head, extreme nausea, and occasional vomiting.

roughly 10 years later and I had my first visual aura. On my left side I would see a zig zag rainbow that started small and got bigger till I could no longer see it.

This past Sunday I got an aura and took an Excedrin to mitigate the oncoming pain. An hour later while I was typing, I couldn't type and finally realized I couldn't feel my left hand. The numbness and subsequent tingling started in the left hand, moved up my arm, up the left side of my face, and down the entire left side of my body. Again, this has happened roughly 10 years since the last change in my migraines.
