My experience-Do Migraines tend to get more frequent?

I just yesterday had my second migraine.

The first one was about five months ago. The Aura symptoms were incredibly scary. Massive visual disturbance, couldn't read words on the screen, forgot all the words I wanted to say, thought I was having a stroke, then after an hour clarity came back to be replaced with a stonking headache, which lasted four or five hours, then a further 24 hours of massive exhaustion and 'comedown' for want of a better term.

From reading online, this all sounds very typical of a Migraine with Aura.

Yesterday was similar in the Aura. Less scary in that it had happened before and sort of knew what was going on, but more scary in that i was using public transport in a foreign capital city I had never been to before at the time, but me and my wife managed to get through it. The headache wasn't actually too bad afterwards. We managed our trip to the zoo after some painkillers.

Twice in five months, never before that. I'm a male, just turned 37. Should I anticipate that this sort of thing will happen more often? Or not? Or is there no way to tell? Or should I go and ask my doctor?
