My experience-Chronic daily migraines - what has helped you?

Hi everyone, I just found this sub and I'm really happy to see so many people who really get it.

I used to have frequent migraine attacks with an aura from ages 12-18 that would be totally debilitating. I'm 22 now and thankfully it seems I "grew out" of those, but now I get daily headaches which are similar but less intense, just on the edge of where I can still function.

It's been here and there, maybe 10 days a month for a couple years, but it's been getting worse. Almost every day so far this month. And I used to wake up feeling fine, get them later in the day, then repeat, but now I'm more often waking up with the same one from yesterday. I'm on day 6 of this current one, never had one this long and I am obviously not thrilled. Also Ibuprofen used to take care of it okay for a day, but I stopped taking it as it just isn't doing anything anymore.

I am going to see a doctor soon, but I am wondering if there's anything y'all have found that has helped you if you've had similar headaches. Thanks
