I’ve been suffering from vestibular migraine for nearly a year now. Have tried a few drugs with no relief and my neurologist wants to try topiramate next. I’m not too worried about the physical side effects but am concerned about the psych effects. I have a history of anxiety and depression (currently controlled with an antidepressant and benzo as needed). I know there’s no way to know until I give it a try, but I’m definitely a little nervous! Thanks in advance.
