My work has been remote for 2 years and they recently announced a blanket “return to office” for all departments.

Since working away from the flickering fluorescent lighting, I’ve had one migraine in 2.5 years.

Has anyone got a medical exemption for returning because of migraines. I feel like my quality of life is going to tank if I’m back to eye stress, auras and hangovers.
