Hello all. So, I have had a headache for about a week now. Initially, it was in my right temple area and eye. Coincidentally I had my yearly eye exam two days after it started and doc said that the area around my right eye looks enflamed. Fast forward to today and the eye pain has eased off but the headache in the right temple area remains. If I press on it it’s really sore, and it kind of feels like advil and Tylenol do little to alleviate the symptoms.

I’m trying to not think the worst. I do not have a history of migraines or headaches, but this nagging, persistent pain and pressure is making me think it could be something serious like a brain tumor. I’m on active duty so I really don’t want to go to a doctor unless I absolutely have to. Any advice on next steps would be appreciated. Thanks
