My experience-Weather triggered migraines

I’m sorry if this topic has been covered extensively…

Most of my migraines are weather triggered. When it storms…migraine. Big shift in temperature…migraine. Too cold…migraine.

Those of you who deal with the same, what seems to help outside of your usual arsenal? I currently take a daily preventative and Ubrelvy for breakthrough. I manage pretty well until the weather starts acting wonky.

Thanks in advance :)
