My experience-More frequent migraines/headaches looking for thoughts?

Hey I(m22) have been struggling with health anxiety for the last three months now. I've had all the symptoms of anxiety you can think of, heart palps, muscle twitching, nausea, insomnia, constipation and so on. Well lately I've been having some bad headaches pretty much daily typically after I put my contacts on an hour or so after I wake up. My eyes seem more sensitive to light as well and the optometrist thinks I just have an eye strain. To cut to the chase I'm asking if anyone has experienced anything similar because it fuels my anxiety, and feels horrible. I do plan on bringing this to my GP when I see him in two weeks. Btw as the good hypochondriac I am, I'm fearing the worst, brain tumor, neurodegenerative disease etc. Would really appreciate reassurance or your experiences
