Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. My experience-Migraines are ruining my exercise. I can't even go for a walk. Will is get easier?
I have daily headaches and at least weekly migraines, but the gym turns that into daily migraines.
I've been going for a few weeks and I'm trying to start slow, but I can't even go a mile walking on the treadmill without getting a migraine. It's hard enough as is to get myself there, but to have to leave after accomplishing basically nothing is just awful.
Any advice? Will my body get used to it eventually?
