My experience-Migraine due to sports

Hi,

My Migraines are usually caused by exercising on a high cardio level of sports and all of a sudden my attacks have been becoming more frequent, which is making me concerned.

Usually i only had migraine attacks when i was doing kickboxing because train a very high level and high intensity. At a certain moment i just stopped doing kickboxing to prevent the attacks and occasionally i give it a try, which does not end well. But when doing powerlifting, I never used to experience any migraines unless i would be sleeping less or something else.

As of 2 weeks ago i started getting migraine attacks when lifting weights and even when working out on a very low intensity. Since that attack i have been feeling the effects of the attack even when working behind a screen and a continous aura that feels weird.
Last weekend i was starting to feel a headache when just vacuum cleaning and doing the groceries.
Last night i got another intense attack when doing just a very light workout.

The doctor told me to use meds and can't really help, is any of this sounding familiar to you?
Any tips for preventing attacks induced by intensity and workouts?
And could it be that the frequent attacks are related to something else (covid or another type of disease?).
