My experience-How do you keep your jobs while having migraines?

Just a little bit about my situation.. I’ve had to call off from work and use a lot of sick days due to having debilitating migraines. I’ve been there for almost three years & today my supervisors had a meeting with me & basically told me unless anything changes I will be fired. It apparently looks like to them I’m abusing my time off bc my migraines often happen on mondays & sometimes after holidays.. as if I’m somehow choosing the days to feel like absolute hell. Basically this conversation just shattered me. They acknowledge I’m a great worker, but I just don’t know what to do. Any hope for my future careers is gone. I’m so scared.. also when I apply for new jobs, they said they will be telling these future employers that I am a bad employee bc I miss work.
