My experience-Chronic migraine/health anxiety

Hello. I have very very severe migraine, I believe 20 days in month is with terrible pain. I drink a lot of medicaments and next day my brain needs medicaments again... but I can not help it, I drink them again.l, i need to work and function properly. last November I reached some point in my life where I randomly started to fear everything: to go outside, to think about future, I felt dizzy 24/7, stopped eating normally, sleep quality decresed a lot, my vision got worse. Like there is no tomorrow and I will be dead soon or like I have terminal illness. Since then, I am fighting this battle everyday. Did MRI and everything - all is good... my question - is it possible that my body and nervous system just got tired and shut down? After 2 months I stilll feel like shit, started to drink antidepressants because doctors think that everything is in my head. But DAMN. Do antidepressants really help with all the migraine and shity symptoms stuff? Have similar experience like mine? I used to be the funniest person in the room. Now I am a zombie.
