My experience-Blue Light HELPS my Migraines?

Hi everyone! As many people here know, blue light is said to cause headaches and be generally bad, and that filtering it out or using yellow light is better.

However, for me, yellow light actually causes really bad migraines? And blue light is often the only way I can find relief. I even went as far as to purchase blue tinted sunglasses and the minute I put them on k had insrant relief.

But I've never found another person online or irl that prefers blue light and/or whose headavhes aches actually get better with it, so I wanted to post here and see if anyone could relate? Or could maybe explain why this is the case for me?
