My experience-Why won't this migraine go away?

I've had a migraine all day. I took two Tylenol extra strength this morning at work (it is the only thing available at work). I've used my eye/head massager for over an hour. My boyfriend has rubbed my head and the base of my neck. But it will not go away.

What else can I do to try to alleviate it? I was sick for a week, finally felt better today, and now this. I'm almost at my wits end.
