My experience-What the hell is going on?

Botox. Emgality finally after insurance said no, then we did a prior auth and they covered it again. Only 3rd or 4th month with emgality.

Sumatriptan isn’t working. 50mg last night, another 50mg two hours later, about an hour after that two Benadryl and two Tylenol.

Today at the first sign of pain 100mg sumatriptan. About an hour later two acetaminophen butalbitol and caffeine.

A few hours later diarrhea. I’m assuming serotonin syndrome since I’m on a bunch of psych meds.

Left school (I’m a teacher) early due to diarrhea and not wanting to keep getting my class covered so I could go to the restroom.

Got home, two Benadryl and one aleve.

Now whole body exhaustion, dizziness, brain fog, nausea, pain was mild but pain is pretty much gone.

I think I’m having a migraine with limited pain but a doozy of a migraine.

Yesterday the pain was like a 1-2 but those whole body symptoms were kicking my butt.

I did the emgality shot Friday night if that makes a difference.

Headaches in some capacity for 6 of the last 7 days.

Neuro says take more meds and nerve block this week.

I don’t know what’s going on. This is so weird and I don’t know what to do.

Yesterday I had plastered to the couch exhaustion before taking any meds or feeling pain. I thought it was the emgality but after again today after I got home I think it’s a migraine symptom.

What the hell should I do or say to my neuro??
