My experience-migraines have changed since pregnancy

I'm a F36. I've had migraines since I was about 16. I always had the same kind of tension headache, it would always start over my left eye, wrap around the left side of my head, and if it was really really bad I would get like an exit point in the back of my head. It was the same for years and always presented in the same way.

I got pregnant when I was 33 with my first child, and she was born when I was 34. I was really lucky and didn't have migraine while I was pregnant and they really have only come back since about May this year (about 7ish months ago).

My first migraine since I had my daughter was horrible and soooo scarey! I felt three pops in my left temple and everything went black for about 10 seconds. I was sure I was having a stroke. I went to the hospital and after 5 hours and some testing they told me it was a migraine with aura. Initially the doctor told me that I was too young to have a stroke. After asking if I would be records as the youngest person in history to have a stroke, coupled with a displeased and disinterested look at the resident, they agreed to do some tests. So overall, shitty experience.

Since then, I haven't had one single tension headache. Different things can cause my migraines, dehydration, barometric pressure changes, stress, lack of caffeine, lack of sleep...the usual. And it's always been that way.

Now my headaches/margarine are usually random starp pains or pressure points. The start pains are almost always around the back of my head and can last from an instant to several seconds. They can happen in clusters, 5 - 10 in a few mins, or just random one or two instances. The pressure almost always happens at my temples and also can last from an instant to 1 or 2 seconds. With the pressure I get like a residual or ghost pressure in that spot after. It usually only happens once or maybe twice. The pressure can also be accompanied by a pulsing.

And to make things more fun, I will some times get the sharp pain and the pressure at the same time.

I'm not the biggest fan of doctors, who in my experience are usually looking for the easiest (for them) answer and not the correct one.

I'm looking for anyone else you else who has these same "migraine" symptoms. I'm using "" around margarine because I wouldn't be surprised if the doctors are wrong and it's something else entirely.

Any help or even a name for this kind of migraine would be amazing!
