Hi, I get “hormonal migraines” at least 1 to 3 times a month. Always when ovulating and sometimes before and/or after my period. A few different people told that the daith piercing would help with migraines. Has anyone tried this? If so, what was your experience? Or does anybody else have any tips/recommendations for these types of migraines? They get to the point where it is debilitating. I have a two and three year old and so I cannot just go lay down in the quiet and dark when I have a migraine 😔 Please help! Thanks in advance ❤️
