My experience-Why is the nausea so bad?

I took Zofran with my Rizatriptan at 11:30am when the nausea and aura hit.

It is now approaching 5pm and I still cannot be upright without coming close to vomiting (and then immediately going back to bed).

There are chores that I need to do. I haven’t eaten anything all day, except some ginger tea and ice water. My dog needs to be walked. Dinner needs to be made. Fuck.
