My experience-When your menstrual cycle and a 40-degree temperature drop join forces to give you a “am I actually dying this time?” migraine…
Anyone else have to remind themselves that you’ve been here many times before and you’re probably not, in fact, dying?
I don’t always have neck pain but when it’s a bad migraine bad, I feel like the discs of my neck under my ear are swollen and inflamed. Makes me feel like that whole side of my neck/ear/throat is blocked and my sinus on that side feels stuffed, too.
So strange how even for one person, migraines can present themselves differently at different times to make you question your sanity!
