My experience-I think I’m having my first silent migraine?
I normally get hormonal migraines with pain, but I think I might be having my first silent migraine. I don’t have any visual aura though. Here is what has happened:
I was very anxious earlier this week (like something is wrong but WHAT!?). I have also been cranky. Then last evening I kept yawning over and over which is something that happens sometimes with my regular migraines.
Today I am cranky and feel very lightheaded and nauseous but don’t have any reason (have eaten today, have had sugar/enough food, etc). I am not seeing any aura. Is this what silent migraine is like for other people? Is this even worth a triptan? I am confused.
