My experience-humidity again

Hello everyone! I did use the search function but still had questions. I've lived at a high elevation in the desert for pretty much my entire life and never got migraines from walking and hiking, now I am in a low elevation with humidity that is 40-80% or more every day and just a leisurely walk is giving me mild migraines.

I drink electrolytes and take magnesium glycinate as well as other things to manage. The temps are much cooler now but it's still very humid compared to what I'm used to and I am still getting a dang headache after every walk, anyone else have this issue? Hopefully it dries up more in the winter lol. Thank you so much!
