My experience-Help getting started with day
Does anyone have any tips for getting out of bed and starting their day despite waking up with the effects of chronic migraines?
Tl;dr: I wake up a lot with brain fog and just feeling like shit. I feel like at this point, in combination with the migraines, it’s created some psychological barrier that makes it super hard to get out of bed and start the day. I luckily WFH but have aspirations to get up early and get shit done. It’s been a big struggle for me. I get anxiety thinking I have a full day of work ahead of me when I wake up feeling not well. Luckily, once I get moving it tends to dissipate a bit.
How do y’all do it?
