My experience-Chronic migraines as a student

I've been having migraines since the summer and my doctor has recently diagnosed me with chronic migraines as I've gone into the school year. They've gotten more frequent lately and my doctors suspect they're triggered by stress as I've had a history of anxiety. With migraines in the morning giving me trouble getting out of bed, I've missed days of school which only piles up missed classes and assignments, increasing my stress.

So the root of my issue is these morning migraines. I've been prescribed preventative medication that I take before sleeping, but it only really prevents migraines during the day. The morning migraines aren't going away.

I know that it's a pretty specific issue, but does anybody in this sub have tips on preventing these morning migraines?
