My experience-Weird postdrome symptom

34/f. For some background I’ve had hormonal migraines for years. They always hit right around my periods. Fioricet has been the only thing to help and it only does the job maybe half the time anymore. My migraines are always left sided eye, forehead, temple, back of skull/neck.

I’m about 6.5 weeks pregnant and got hit with an awful 4 day migraine. The first 2 days I was dealing with nausea/vomiting from the pregnancy. So I was also dealing with not eating or drinking much which I think made the migraine worse. Took the fioricet for a few days and it barely did anything. Finally got relief today and have the awful hungover feeling.

But I’ve noticed when I move my eyes and or head to the left I get this weird almost vibrating/pulsating feeling in my eyes and upper part of my face. It makes me kinda dizzy when I walk. I’ve never had that before. I should probably bring it up to my neuro. But has anyone else had that before?
