My experience-New persistent headache after covid?!

Hey everyone I, (F24, UK) like you suffer from migraines. However after recently recovering from covid I have developed a new persistent daily headache. It is not as debilitating as my migraines but it is very painful and causes sound sensitivity. This isn’t responding to paracetamol or co-codamol and I am very reluctant to use my triptans as I need to save them for my migraine attacks. I can’t take ibuprofen due to interactions with other medications I take for epilepsy and depression. I would like to know if anyone else has suffered from post covid headaches and how they managed them? I am hoping I don’t have long covid. I suspect that people who suffer with migraines are more susceptible to this. I have requested an appointment with my doctor in the meantime. Any advice would be appreciated!

Edit: I also take amitriptyline as a migraine preventative
