My experience-Dietary connection to migraines?

I’m pretty desperate to figure out why I get migraines and of course there’s a lot of triggers, but I was curious if anyone had any success cutting out gluten and having a reduction in migraines? I know occasionally gluten-free diets are helpful for neurological problems.

Additionally, I realized I started getting migraines a few months after becoming vegetarian (this was 5 years ago now so maybe a stretch) but are there any vegetarians here who started eating meat again? Did it help at all? Something super weird happened the last time I got a migraine where I was suddenly craving tuna? Something I hadn’t eaten in a long, long time. And once I ate it, my 12+ hour long migraine disappeared. Any thoughts on why? Or if it’s worth reintroducing meat into my diet? I’m vegetarian for ethical reasons so not sure I could get myself to do it, but was curious if anyone in this thread had any experience. If it would help my migraines, it would be worth doing. Would love any feedback TYIA :)
