My experience-Migraine with sinus?

Any tips or suggestions for migraines that are combined with sinus trouble and not responsive to migraine meds?

I have been dealing with migraines my entire life, I know my migraines in and out and how to best knock them out. However, I’ve recently developed allergies at an extreme level that’s very new (I carry an epi pen now bc of an oak and pine allergy that developed at 37. Seriously wtf)

I am currently immobilized with pain from a migraine that has taken over only the left side of my face and head. It’s normal in that it’s heavy in my eye and too/front of my head, worsens with movement of any kind and causing ear ringing. It’s abnormal in that it’s being totally unresponsive to my migraine meds and hurts in the front of my face (sinus area near my eyes) so bad that can’t help but cry. Which makes it worse course.

I took 1.5 prescription migraine pills with no results when usually just 1/2 will bring relief. I have tried ice, heat, sinus sprays- everything I can think of and I am just in such bad pain I can’t function. That, “I want to die” kind of head pain. Can’t use my left eye (literally just using my right to type). I am desperate for any tips folks might have to get rid of this.

Thanks in advance!
