My experience-Is anyone else dealing with Long Covid migraines?

I was managing my migraines pretty well up until I caught Covid back in May if this year. I hadn’t quite figured out how to put my life back together, but at least I was able to go without pain for weeks at a time.

Now however, I’m back to getting migraines multiple times per week, and I’m not even sure if they’re separate migraines, or just one long continuous migraine, interrupted by medication. I don’t know what else to do about it. I’ve already changed my entire life around these freaking things and there’s not much more I can do as far as lifestyle goes.

Trying a new medication today after speaking to my neuro, hoping that’ll help. My neuro also says that she’s seeing many patients who have a similar story: Caught Covid and are now seeing an uptick in migraine episodes.

Are any of you dealing with this? 6 months later and I feel worse than ever. When does this get better???

Fuck Covid. Fuck migraines.
