Hi,

Today my Ajovy autoinjector failed. I pulled off the protective cap and the medication spilled out instantly.

I called Teva to get a replacement. They were super helpful and we 3-way called the pharmacy. Unfortunately, my pharmacy said that they do not do replacements the way Teva is suggesting (by giving the pharmacy a credit). The pharmacy says that Teva needs to send them a replacement. Teva insists this is the way they do it, and now I have to wait for the pharmacy manager to return later this afternoon to see if they will accept the credit.

My pharmacy has really been a pain to deal with lately. They are so understaffed. I am frustrated.
